I was with my husband for 10 years and married for 4 years. We tried 4 years for our daughter and we were blessed with her. 4 months later he left me for someone else. This song is a treasure, giving language to that tension of still having feelings but knowing (harsh reality)one has to move on. I love that part towards the end when she really holds out that “hold on” note! The chorus is awesome too. The simplicity and words are so perfect. “Tonight I’m gonna find a way to make it without you.” You have to love you and *be careful*who you give your love to and how soon.
