Thursday 26th September 2024, 11:25am. The exact day and time my heart was broken, and even now I still don't know how to function without her. Ever feel like you found the one? Genuinely. Love, its beautiful but it hurts... especially when promised nothing would ever separate us. Yet here I am, writing this with tears in my eyes, listening to the very song that played when we confessed. Knowing I let my hearts walls down after such a toxic relationship before this one, I still got hurt. I feel so foolish and mad that I let myself get hurt again. Yet in my mind I refuse to let her go... hoping I wake up the next day for it all to have been a bad dream. I feel so numb, more than I ever have in my life. Sure she's still around, but its no longer the same. I'm scared ill wake up and she's no longer there. I miss you. We still exist on my mind and that, that will never change. I love you.
