I agree with Alicia & Drew about already showing interest by just matching and the men needing to set up the approach. It’s not old fashioned, it’s the idea that a quality masculine man who is interested will take the time to make an effort for a high quality feminine woman. It sets the tone for the rest of the relationship in who is the assertive doer in the relationship. Especially with busy high profile women, they need someone who can not only keep up but take care of the things sometimes.

Take your time finding one, lol. Long list = red flag, usually unrealistic and selfish expectations. Nobody should have anything but a short must have list, the rest should be nice to have, but can be bend if needed. Only privileged women have a long list of must or mustn't have, and it's a big read flag for sure.
