Al-Qadr is the belief in predestination. This means that Allah already knows everything that will happen, and nothing happens unless it is according to Allah's will. You have to transition to explaining to them what the fitra of the human is and why it is that they inherently know incest is wrong. One question that I want to ask them is: If incest is wrong because it's bad for the child and there are other scientific points etc. Does that mean that if two brothers or two sisters who are two consenting adults love each other and have intercourse is it okay then? Because they can't have children and they are not harming anyone. I am genuinely really interested in their answer to that. Because if they can say no it means that homosexuality also should be no and if they say yes then they are in fact pro incest.

When I was a kid in 1977 girls I was in school with argued that female circumcision was not objectively wrong. It would be wrong if it was done to them but not wrong if it was done to an African girl born and brought up in Britain just because our cultures were different. If you remove objective morality then anything can be justified. They are angry because they cannot argue against incest even though they consider it to be "obviously" wrong. They would have appealed to genetics but when that was removed they had nothing because without Allah anything can be justified and daily is being justified.
