Social media addiction is a real problem that I see in almost all generations. From kids to adults, adults to elders, literally everybody watches Reels like an actual addict. I am personally aware of the problem. However, being aware does not solve it by itself... I set a timer for 45mins insta&youtube combined; and now; it has become my routine to avoid the notification for the past couple of months 😂 Watching this reminded me of my goal again; and I adjusted the defined restrictions.
