This is fantastic. I attended a similar tea ceremony in Kyoto on my last trip and found the experience so relaxing and it triggered my ASMR so much but out of respect for my host i didn't want to film the ceremony. I wish I had. Than you for such a relaxing video.

Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed this video and hopefully on your next trip, you can set up your camera with no hesitation 😃
Wow! I was so surprised that you did do hard training for Sado🥹 and I realized that you are so beautiful in such a solemn ceremony❣️Besides, I worried if your legs went to sleep during so long time Seiza….but seems to be ok for you. So, I really respect you!!

Thank you so much for your kind comment and supportive words! Amazingly, I was ok with seiza, but maybe because I was concentrating so hard on all the steps to follow 😂

@@alidesu1 Thank you so much for such a quick reply. I was studying and working in Japan 🇯🇵 20 years ago, I really like the Japanese culture about tea ceremony 🍵 and Japanese ikebana. I am living in southern United States now, many locals like Japanese culture very much. I want to learn more about tea ceremony and share it with them. This video of yours is so helpful to me, thank you very much 🙏.

@@Ingrid-kb4ds I'm so happy to hear that! I agree, Japanese culture seems to have something about it that is unique & quite difficult to express in words alone... good luck in your endeavours! 😃

My first time seeing a tea ceremony was during the movie Karate Kid 2, and I thought it was so romantic.
