I don't know how to feel about this voice. On the one hand: This is an alien, it makes sense for her to speak differently. She is (trying to) perform a clinical study with audio records, of course she's gonna (try to) sound detached. This style of audio is soothing, having a hypnotic lilt is practically expected. By all rights this sounds great. On the other hand: I feel like I'm being flirted at by "Your Daily Dose of Internet." I enjoyed this though, thank you for making it!

Minor critique: there's no such thing as purple, it's just how the human brain interprets seeing red and blue light simultaneously. It makes no sense for the alien to be able to see purple, but to be unfamiliar with blue.

For most colors, the brain interprets the frequency according to a weighted average of how all the cones are being stimulated, but purple is a special case, probably because red and blue are opposite ends of the spectrum. Someone who's more into optics could explain it better but basically: there is no frequency of light corresponding to purple; purple is always blue and red light simultaneously.

I have a theory (aka head canon) Humans are ancient concubines from the aliens ancient past, a time long since forgotten possibly. This would explain the similar yet pleasing appearance, pleasing smell that is extremely reactive to zaran biology. I believe it would also explain the different reception to blue, as such... Creatures would be genetically altered, the eye alteration being either a side effect or deliberately changed.

I have an idea for a video. It’s an alien themed one. Aliens responded to a extremely desperate call for help and arrive at a space station that was the site of a horrible massacre. Only three survivors, the captain, an engineer, and a stowaway. Who’s perspective this is is up to you but they are the one who sent the distress call and are very badly injured. The other two are all right with one only having minor injuries and the other completely unharmed. What happened onboard the human space station is that they discovered a crystal and brought it on board to experiment. They discovered that the crystal had a will of its own and infected the crew and made them kill each other while acting as the hive mind. The crystal was able to be contained but the aliens arrived before they could try to find a way to destroy it. The alien scientist who’s examining us had been tasked to tend to our injuries while also studying us to see what she can learn about us. She informs us that they are familiar with this crystal and are bringing it on their ship to study it further and then their destroying it. They are also examining the dead bodies of the dead crew before cremating them and our ship is going to be destroyed to contain this incident. The aliens are also taking them to a central checkpoint station where from there we are free to do and go wherever we want.
