Eminem is a fan of old school comics, he has a song called superman (although its not technically about the comics), the S on the chest is referencing superman while representing something in the plural tense, but the extra extra, terrestrial part..."extra extra" is what newsstands and paper boys on the corners would yell to grab attention for people to buy the newspaper and this was a common trope in old superman movies and comics "extra, extra, read all about it!" Then an image of the front page would show superman leaping a tall building or something. Also, Superman is an alien so he's extra terrestrial.
