I'm sorry, I just can't suspend disbelief of such a fast recovery without some kind of hint ahead of time that would account for some kind of genetic modifications, advanced regeneration abilities, etc in humans not already known by the read/view/listener. The described range of injuries is just to much. It's so bad I had to stop halfway through.
