Alien Earth is an isometric mix of action, adventure, and role-playing. The player takes on the role of Finn, a villager raised on Earth after a nuclear holocaust and an alien invasion. Finn has to journey through the jungle to escape from an alien lord who is hunting him, and then make his way to the underground resistance.
Combat consists of choosing a weapon and clicking on enemy targets to attack them. The player encounters a number of weapons and, later on in the game, can learn psionic spells. The interface is a mix of mouse and keyboard input, and interaction with objects within the game world is the main focus of game play.

Does anybody found out what is the 4. psionics ability from Rumiko (the blue psionics) The first was the shield, the second was the self healing, the third was weird. You loose health to get mana. But the fourth??? I have never get passed that point.

Can anyone tell me how to run it with a lower resolution? On a widescreen monitor with a resolution of 3440x1440, it runs in full screen with a vertically compressed picture. And it is necessary that it be in the center with black stripes on the sides. Like in the video. Win10.

One of the games I never manged to finish. The story and the CG were quite compelling for its time, but the actual gameplay felt somewhat awkward even for 1998 (post Diablo 1).

Damn, why it keeps just dragging on in the worst conceivable way? Slow movement(maybe a speed hack would do it good?), absolute silence(aside for battles etc.) , lackluster ambient( I mean, literally they are in the jungle and it seems kind of silent with some exceptions....) - if these things were given a bit more care, it could be a weird Zax: Alien Hunter continuation (y'know a isometric-ish shooter where you do craft your weapons and blast through the robot/alien enemies while solving the puzzles/having the conversations with met NPCs)
