Ah yes the medical wing. In my opinion one of the toughest missions of the whole game. Also the amount of running and walking around you do in this play through xD the alien has really good senses and can hear you walking and running from a long distance away but not crouching lol i love how the aliens AI learns in this game and begins to predict and and resist your usual hiding spots and tactics

Hahaha I knew he was gonna be an absolute monster, but I didn't realize I needed to walk THE ENTIRE GAME to avoid him lol. Even through the frustrations, still such a cool game! 😁👍

crouching and walking are the same noise level, crouching is used for breaking line of sight behind cover. if there is no need to hide behind cover walking and moving forward is the best strategy usually, it is possible to get ahead and the alien will lag behind as you move from section to section

One of the best games with such an intricately developed AI system! I love it so much! I'm still a wuss for not finishing it though. Hats off to you! 🎩
