Early ideas/sculpts based on Gieger's works had a skull under a clear exoskeleton/skin but it didn't work on camera so the idea was scrapped and the shiny latex skin look was adopted.

You know as a fan of franchises that have long since been rebooted into poop and devoid of all possible life, there are really only 2 Alien films and maybe 2 Predator films. What do I mean by this? Check this out. The only Jurassic Park movie is the first one. There are only 2 Terminator films and there was never a Dragonball or Resident Evil movie. 😏

What were they thinking of making Alien vs. Predator a PG-13 for it's official release. That mean removing elements in both movie franchise that we grew and love. They risk alienating fans of the original Alien and Predator franchise. I felt insulted, like how I felt about Robocop 3. In that movie, the theme, story, characters, and mature content that I grew and love were removed.
