You're welcome! If you complete a New Game + mode you can't restart with those trained marines. It has to be from a first play through, so super easy with no countdown timer to train up level 15 squads for an easier crack at nightmare mode. As you can imagine I discovered i had wasted my time training new game + plus teams just for that reason so 🙅🏼‍♂️ nothing doing can't be arsed 😂🤣😭, as Hudson would say I'm fecked I'm doomed, some burk piped up about building a camp fire 🔥 but the drop ship 🛬 crash already provided that 🫠🫡, don't make the same mistakes I did. Besides the game still being extremely crash buggy in tense high traffic situations on a standard PS4 I've decided I'm not masochistic enough to bother a nightmare run 😤😮‍💨🤤 with limited saves 🫣😱.

I spent all that time messing about learning the subtle ways of the game on my second play through on nightmare up to that point training lvl 10's, then new game plus + is added 🫠 so I've opted to start all over again on absolute easy mode to hand pick traits from load scumming if possible 🤔 to ensure Accuracy first 3 ⭐⭐⭐ then Dead eye 3 ⭐⭐⭐ to blow 💥 them limb 🦵🏼 from limb 💪🏼 at there earliest convenience with even secondary weapons 🔫 lol. Smart gun guys with quick reload skill if I can stretch to that perk will decimate anything even full stressed 😁. Just got to work out the optimal trait order for full sadness if I can be bothered to play it through that is 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️. Smart arse 🤓 perk here, fast move 🏃🏼‍♂️ there, could work just hyper stressed gunners 🤤. Pointless tasks, should get a life.

Just so you know if your first play through is set to absolute easy mode in the options with no countdown timer ⏳⌛💥, you can level 🎚️ your squad how you like to 15 then import them to New Game + on whatever ludicrous mode you fancy 😉😜. There's no New Game + mode from a second play through save 🫣, unless they patched it in 🤔💭🧐 but I highly doubt it. Sorry if that's bad news 🥴🫣 don't shoot 🔫 the messenger only the aliens 👾👽 lol.

Yep, it would take an age of acid 🫠 burns 🔥 🦵🏼💪🏼 & dead 😵 marines relying on the Aliens 👽👾 to do the job, that method had to be refined 🫡. There's only one new game plus cycle as well, so an easy play through without timer & wait until you have the expanded squad capacity APC to train full teams most efficiently on the alien waves was the way to go, it was 10 trained levels then it got updated to 15 I think 🤔. It's the only way to prepare for an easier 2nd play through on ludicrous levels of hardness of choice. Then never delete the first play through as the loaded squad pool file 🥴🤤, pick your sweet spot for hardness trophy 🏆🥇 sake, I didn't have it in me to bother in the end 😴🥱.
