Since this game won't have anything like the L4D A.I Director, I hope these challenge cards are varied enough to dramatically change each playthrough to give the game more replay-ability. Though to be honest I would love it if they had a challenge card that replaces all enemy hordes with Alien Queens just for shits and giggles.

Acid blood still doesn’t do any environmental damage

They've already explained why it doesn't damage the environment. I don't think any Alien game has acid which can destroy parts of the environment.

It does cosmetic damage to the environment but no, it won't eat through the floor completely.

It's something I've talked about before actually. I'd love to see something like Frostbite where the acid damage does have an impact on the environment. Someday, hopefully. (Hicks)

Looks very cool in some ways but disappointing in others. Why not a cool little cutscene when the mission completes? Like in Predator Hunting Ground? It just fades to Mission Accomplished and frankly.. that's lame.

BETA AND ALPHA Bots look Ugly for Single Players. Need Fully Customizable Squadmates for RP and Logevity purposes. Appearance/Class/Loadout/decals/perks even if not used. I'd make a character slot system for each class. So you could Swap Ugly Isolation Joe's for one of your Sims style Marines...

The only thing I'm really unhappy about is that there's no cross-play. IMO that'll be a massive detriment to the game. If you can't find people to play with, what's the feckin point? I know there's a solo mode, but why use substandard AI when it's a helluva lot more fun playing with your mates? Slán.

Take alien isolations "intelligent" monster and multiply....done! Tell the devs EACH alien is smarter than what I see. No alien vs marine pvp is extremely, extremely disappointing. "A cat dodging a water pistol with the propensity to still want to scratch your eyes out is the proper body language"! Aliens should not be willingly tanking gunfire?

This game should have local coop. This game should have fps view option. Marines should die in seconds when an alien gets on them. Aliens should attack from everywhere with frantic ferocity and also with surprise stealth occassionally. It would have been nice if the devs didn't ignore everyone.

If you want to die in seconds I recommend insane difficulty, and they do have stealth aliens.

Yeah I see people complaining about those things a lot while not looking up anything from the game. This is literally the easiest difficulty, it literally says on Insane there are enemies that will instantly kill you with a grab, only 10 seconds to revive someone (and only once per mission), friendly fire, aliens deal more damage in general and chunk you, acid hits way harder. I mean you can easily google this shit faster than writing that comment lol Also how do you know the game doesn't have an FPS view option? Additionally if you're on PC you can just use Steam's FPS counter? The aliens do attack from everywhere as well, they come out of the vents and floors/ceilings like necromorphs. Have you even seen the movie this is emulating? In Aliens they literally throw themselves by the dozens at Vasquez and Drake while getting mowed down. Like 3 Xenos actually sneak up on them, one that grabbed Dietrich, the one that snuck up behind Drake, and the one behind Apon (but that was because Gorman was yelling in his ear). Even in the final battle they literally throw dozens of themselves at the turrets looking for a way in and send so many down the same 2 hallways that the sentries run out of ammo. Then in that entire finale ONE alien sneaks up on them. The one that comes through the floor and grabs Hudson. Like it's a co-op horde shooter. Not fucking hide in a locker in pitch black rooms and get jump scared at pre-determined scripted spots.

Lost more HP to acid on the floor than anything else lol.. And lord the muzzle discipline is atrocious.... Keep this youtuber away from Intense or higher difficulties since those will have FF and cause more acide damage.
