How about "La Quinta en Espacio"? It's a play on words -- quinta can mean country house or fifth, so it can mean 'Country House in Space' or 'The Fifth in Space,' referring to the diner or a somewhere 5 planets away or space travel! (I went with Spanish because you seem to go towards the Southwestern vibe because of Roswell I presume ^_^)

Or "Angel's" or play with 'Oscuridad' (I like that word bc it can refer to dusk or darkness or like obscurities)~

Last night I woke up and had an idea for the guy behind Angel. Maybe more a whole story. His name could be Marty Martiani, a Private Inspector from Mars. The parents of Angel hired him, to overwatch each step of her. They are helicopter parents. And I don't mean, that they do their shopping tours with an helicopter. They can't understand, that Angel is old enough for a vacation without them. So Marty Martiani has been sitting now in this beautiful diner for a few days and wait for the next step to a new location, Angel could do. But it seems that all the food and drinks on the menu are so delicious, that Angel don't want to go to an other place. So this job is the easiesst job Marty Martiani ever had done, but also the most boring. The only thing Marty Martiani doesn't see is, that the "person" on the seat is only a hologram and Angel is meanwhile on an other planet and sit there in a new diner. With her new friend Blue Boy, she met there. But this is a completely new story.
