Considering the stuff, an original resident (nue, the unidentified youkai) abducted an alien(eirin, the lunarian doctor) who at the time was diagnosing cancer for a radioactive hell raven who is probably more likely to give others cancer, and they're actually on the moon if you look closely enough. That place is the Watatsuki's sister's house isn't it. So, I guess it was a returnee alien with weird stuff and I'm going to stop before my brain explodes from trying to figure out whether or not she's an alien if she returned to her home planet and then was kidnapped. Abducted. Whatever.
