Yeah there was a tutorial area where youd use rock stacks reflecting off the water to help with those palm trees. One of those not required sections like the special mazes by the castle but its behind a gate by the glass factory. Honestly even having done all the seactions myself i still got through the town WAY slower than you did lmao

21:12 These were optional puzzles on the island with the dual lines that you did very early on (though they were optional, I'd need to go back and check whether or not you did them), and at this timestamp you nearly had the trees lined up correctly for a little bit. Close enough to get the puzzle right. I paused it here to get the timestamp and write the comment, so I don't know how much longer you took to solve it, but if it's more than a couple minutes, Imma be pulling hairs out.

There was totally a tutorial on that puzzle that you missed, around the same area as nearly the first area you got a beam. Around the first minute of the Apple Tree video, you can see islands that serve as the start of the tutorial for that puzzle.

He's had this issue all playthrough. He's too big brain so when the puzzle is really simple it kicks his ass. He did the puzzle that Joseph Anderson said only robots could do without pen and paper, and (twitch spoilers) does the hardest puzzle in the game rather quickly without pen and paper (Which Joseph was convinced wasn't an actual puzzle). While taking 45 minutes to notice the sun reflects off the panels in the desert.

I just got this game and in the rgb room for the "advance segregation" I made 4 charts, I filled inn the first 3 with 1s or 0s for light and dark with the respective color and then used them to fill in the last chart with a-d for the different colors and I got it right, here is my final chart aa cd ba cc dd ba cd bb

Ya the town just... bothers me that it is a late game area that contains all the other areas puzzles.. yet is found early on since it is like.. next to the exit of starting area pretty much so people would find it and either magically brute force it.. or just be like "wtf?" and do the logical thing and come back later.. but it being found so early just urks me since people will more logically think they missed a lot already despite just starting out Oh god him doing the symmetry puzzles maddened me XD like he was in right spot a few times but just.. ignored the trees but eventually got it..also not getting the tutorial for those didn't help... also didn't help was him thinking it was based on different area... I kinda like that one beam has a different area needed to access it, thus meaning you may have to do others to gain knowledge to do that other area

Why did the palm tree thing take so long? Haven't you done the symmetry area where there are at least 5 puzzles that work the same way? "Why would you have to hug the tops" couldn't you ask that question about literally any puzzle element? Why do you have to pick up every hexagon? Why do you have to segregate the squares? They're just rules that someone made up.
