Quick question, why could Tyler output "O" to 2 different places (6:44) but not "B" (9:58)

With the "O", Tyler was trying to do it with the fewest buildings placed, so he reused the O to reduce the amount of buildings. With the "B", he was trying to do it with the fastest output, and if he reused the B like he did the O, then it would have slowed down the output. Hope this clears any confusion!
