​@@esupton783To be far too pedantic, I believe the Founder was 1, and 2 through 13 were the "originals". The math works out like this - There were three bodies actually prepared for post-simulation, the Founder took the first. She then created two new consciousnesses to fill the other two bodies. The three of them created ten more - So the two "extras" and the ten "new builds" make 12 total (like the 12 disciples of Christianity, I believe). With the Founder herself, that's 13.

The first game had the same codes, and some of them you couldn’t actually read without scanning it with your phone or something else, they were used as clues to get some of the secret stars in the game. It was pretty cool

honestly I'm glad I found @aliensrock channel.. 1. listening to his inner thoughts while i work, or relax. is very calming. 2. i love puzzles, although I'm not too smart, so, watching Tyler trying to solve these puzzles, while trying to think of the solution myself is the next best thing. 3. I used to play games especially with an interesting storyline, i remember one of my friends back then belittled me for loving to play a final fantasy series. so, thank you Tyler for your amazing content. 20:24 this puzzle is from the first game by the way, and honestly? One of my favorites. I believe the connector on a box on a fan trick was taught earlier in the game, but the self-powering fan connector I believe is taught first or near first in this very puzzle. I remember being stumped for ages when I first played it. It's so well designed.

Also, the addition of laser connectors being able to keep their connections after being dropped is already a huge improvement over the first game

All 3 in the museum section are exact clones from TTP1. Which makes sense in a museum about the simulation. Having just replayed TTP1 in preparation for the new one, I actually recognized that one of these allows the extraction of a connector from the puzzle (that was used in TTP1 for a star). I now have a free connector in the museum :)

This might be one of not many series' of yours that I do not watch, simply because I loved the first Talos Principle, it was one of my favourite puzzle games, so I am very much looking forward to TP2. I didn't actually know that it was even in development or coming out, so this comes as a very welcome surprise. Hopefully I don't need a supercomputer to play it... the first game was not immensely demanding, but it was surprisingly intensive.
