1:30 I've found the best way to go right when leaving the Chip event is to aim for the bottom left so that by the time the ball finishes bouncing back the hole is over the Right exit. Roughly the 7' o'clock position. Fairly consistent the times I've had to do it. Intentionally going left is a bit more fiddly but if you aim to the bottom right I think you're more likely to end up on the left than not. Basically, whatever way you want to go, aim for the other side because you'll always bounce at least once.

So, a thing I noticed in the run is that Matryorbshka + Matryorbshka Shell behave a little differently than you might expect. It's not like Tyler was saying, where it increases the multiball count by 1. It actually goes like this: the Shell will apply its Multiball and create 2 copies of Matryorbshka and then each Matryorbshka on its first bounce off of a peg will trigger its Multiball value. So at first level, you're getting 4 Matryorbshkas. While difficult to see, at 39:37 (when advancing frame by frame) you can see 4 balls in action. If you get it up to level 3, you're not getting 4 balls, you're getting 6. Super OP.

When you're sick the most painful thing is not being able to do anything, if you're so sick you're sleeping all the time anyway that's not a worry. Considering matryorbshka doll gives the matryorbshka a second multiball 1 I imagine there are 1 of 2 options with the higher level orbs. 1.) The matryorbshka doll's copy of them have the same properties as the original. In which case they would have multiball 2 after the first split (like they typically would for a tier 3 Mattyorbshka). Meaning that the end result would be 16 matryorbshka balls rather than the usual 8. Or 2.) The doll's multishot does not carry the exact properties of the original, even specifically removing multiple, and you end up with 10 orbs instead of 8.

The Salt Shaker actually contributes to damage outside of the forest, surprisingly. The Brick Slimes are, in fact, still slimes - so you get the extra ten damage from Salt Shaker. Granted, it's not a lot, but at least it's not a complete waste of a relic pull if you get it late.

The best tactic at that elite fight with the little army of red slimes and the big green one is to wait until the green one is on the board so the bombs will damage it as well. Also if you get a ton of damage, it'll either get the front enemy (becasue you maybe don't hit all three bombs) or you hit the elite, which is an easy win

Hey Tyler quick tip idk if you know it or not but, if you explode all the Bombs that shows up after you gone to a chest, you will get 1 more free chest works as far as i know once per map unless they changed it and it works for every one.. but if you have stuff like the magnet or pegs have Durability you are almost guaranteed to explode them all.. that extra item you get to choose could be a golike get for a synergy you going for.

I think the matriorbshka and matrioshka shell work in the sense that on the first shot it splits twice instead of splitting once on the first shot and again on the second shot. I suppose it does effectively double the orbs, but it’s slightly different to multiball 4.

So, multiple multiball bonuses apply all at once on the same ball. So Multiball 1 + Multiball 1 + multi ball 1 != multiball 3, but instead it's a good approximation of multiball 2. Multiball 2 + multiball 2, however, would result in 9 balls. So multiball X -> Spawn new ball with multiball X - 1, and reduce multiball to MB X-1 on the mainball A ball having multiball 2 + multiball 2 would then split twice, (giving three balls), and each of those three balls would have multiball 1 + multiball 1, and thus each split into three balls again. The highest currently possible in game is MB 3 + MB 1 to my knowledge, which results in 12 total balls, otherwise known as "totally awesome".
