Awesome goodies, as for the broken pieces take pictures of each one, abs they will either credit you or send the amount to your bank. Either way they will reimburse you. I had bought the tear drop ones and 3 came in broken out of 8 of them. So the reimbursed my checking account. Was only $1.90 but it was the full amount for the product and I kept the other 5 charms. So ya the will reimburse you. Tfs this fun haul. ❤😊
