There are probably more official store counters (usually in big shopping malls and Toys R Us stores) in China than any other countries in the world. In addition, hundreds if not thousands of individual online dealers (not to mention second market) compete for customers, so generally official transformers products (also Gi Joe toys) are relatively cheaper than "official" listed price (similar to Walmart clearance).
