Align 550x with 580mm blades

This is the absolute first flight flying with 580mm blades. The Egodrift 4020HT 935kv motor makes this possible on a 6 or 7s setup. It was quite windy as well with gusts at 25+mph.

Beautiful, graceful flying. I feel we have the same style, except I'm maybe 12 months behind you 🤣 I'd love to try bigger blades on mine, but it already has a reputation as a pack killer. I'm already pulling a ton of amps and my Maniax 5000 35C comes down warm. What packs are you running?

With the stock motor I would recommend 560mm main blades or less. With the 550 I've found that a high discharge pack works best 45c or above. Maniax are excellent packs. I've also had excellent luck with pulse, gensace, and roaringtop. All last me quite sometime before they need to be retired.
