Great video editing! Good to see Alina flying in the left seat of your plane, learning and advancing her flying skills in another aircraft. I've told my daughters and a couple have watched Alina's video with me. My oldest is about ready to take her FAA Knowledge test. The girls have flown with me all their lives, however watching Alina fly convinced her to do this :) Thank you Alina and Scott for the inspiration!

I'm 14 as well as I think this is really cool. I worked my entire summer at my job for a flight simulator setup so now I can learn the basics. I hope to start flying soon just like Alina. My dream is to fly in the Air Force and then for commercial airlines. This was a very inspiring video, thank you!!!

@@williamh.scottv438 Thanks Bill. We have twin 10 year old's and a 12 year old. I've got my private, but it's really rusty. We set up Microsoft Flight Sim for them with a yoke and pedals, so they can learn the basics. I've been contemplating getting current and taking them flying, but have been procrastinating mainly due to the cost. Out of the 3, only one seems to really enjoy it, which gives me hope that we'll have another pilot in the family. We live in your area, but I haven't flown here yet. It was all so easy before kids 😄

@@williamh.scottv438 I had my heart set on an Aeronca Champ, but an ultralight makes a lot of sense licensing and maintenance wise. You've really made a great choice in the Aerolite 103. Need both!

I am just a bit sad because today’s Air Force is no longer the one you’d deserve. Is an Air Force of “career”, “connections”, “networking”, and unfortunately an Air Force of desks. You deserve a cockpit life, a flyer’s life. Nonetheless, if this is what you dream of, never stop chasing your dreams.
