just like all the elements of flying - you wanted it and learned it..... you'll want to know ratchet straps of all types, it will become muscle memory. Thanks for the sweet landing.

Ya know.. it puts a smile on my face. Earlier in my youth I had the opportunity to fly? As I was getting my hours back in the early 90s. But?? I decided to take a different path in life and did not keep it up. My niece did it and she is flying like I said? Jets in the navy. Keep going my friend..

That was a blowy base leg! Superb control though, nasty crosswind? Those armband info things are great I need a pair of those instead of knee boards! The ratchet strap was an initiative test Alina you PASSED with flying colors👍

They told me any landing you can walk away from is a good landing. If the plane can flown again it was a great landing.

Not related but i remember teaching my daughter and son how to drive 3 years ago, i was scared to death on the passenger side. 😊. We practiced a lot until i felt comfortable for their skills. Now she's asking how to fix it. Very important to know these things in the event you cant help.

Do they make extra UV resistant zip-ties? I see you use many. Also, you can get 6061 aluminum bolts for non structural connections and save weight. Check Mcmaster Carr. LOVE LIFE....

Don't pull it by the windshield. get behind the wing and push on the struts to move the aircraft.

That doesn't work with one person.

Can anyone tell me how this landing was 'good' in any way? A badly planned pattern resulted in a heavily overshot turn to the final and instead of going around the pilot continued with an unstabilised approach. We should all learn from videos as such. And instead of joining the choir singing the 'good job' anthem (which is sung because we all support Alina) I prefer to ask an honest question.

@gliderfan61966 ай бұрын
@@williamh.scottv438 Very much. However, if you cannot type it here, for whatever the reason, it is pointless. The only purpose is that the answer is given in public. As I do appreciate your kind offer, I do not live in US, the phone call would cost mountains of gold and the time difference will make it a nightmare (literally) for at least one party. Last but not least my condition does not allow me to speak over phone for more than about a minute. All that makes phone communication impossible.
