Kyiv cutlet is an incredibly tasty dish that everyone should try. Crisp breading, tender chicken breast and butter filling with fresh herbs. This recipe will allow you to prepare this dish simply and fully enjoy the real taste of Chicken Kyiv
Chicken Kyiv recipe:
- chicken breast
- butter
- fresh dill and parsley
- garlic
- salt pepper
For breading:
- White bread
- flour
- eggs
- salt pepper
- refined oil for frying
Deep-fry the cutlets for about 3-4 minutes, then bake in the oven at 180 Celsius, 15-20 minutes (depends on the size of the cutlet)
