Alinco DR-635T Transmit and Receive Tests

This video demonstrates that the Alinco DR-635T is meeting transmit power and receive sensitivity specifications.
The transmitter is subjected to an endurance test, first on VHF, then on UHF, demonstrating that the transmitter holds rated power over the course of an extended PTT time of 180 seconds for each band. The same RD70HVF1 MosFET output device is used for both bands and is therefore subjected to a continuous transmit time of 6 minutes, further demonstrating its reliability.
The timeout timer range of most if not all amateur radio repeaters is 180 seconds, so it is unlikely the radio will be in PTT mode for a duration longer than 3 minutes (180 seconds).
The receiver sensitivity is also confirmed to be within specifications. 12db SINAD at less than 0.3uv is confirmed for both VHF and UHF bands.
