Yeh, not only do I get to be the first to comment, but the video is my type of camper--the Aliner. I have the Classic, a little bigger, but very similar. So my only comments are that I love my hard-sided "tent" and I really appreciate all the things I have learned from this youtube channel, especially about solar. You rock!

Great video, DIY Outdoor Life. Looking forward to seeing more content from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your upload. Keep up the awesome work! Your insights on the off-grid capabilities of the A-liner Ranger 10 were especially helpful. Have you considered any additional upgrades to enhance its functionality while camping in more remote areas?

Seeing these little A-Line campers at RV lots along the highway was how I got the notion to go looking to see what variety of tiny campers were available. Cute pop-up!

Where is my tour!! Just kidding. One thing she probably doesn't realize, is if she connected to city water it automatically fills up the hot water tank first when it gets pressurized. So she's likely traveling with 8 gallons of water in that tank. Ask me how I know.

Yikes.. great tip. Come visit us at one of these gatherings and we’ll do a tour! I’m gonna be really busy now for a couple weeks, I’m gonna try to get back to you on the battery vid. Sorry for delay.

Did she just give her camper pronouns? smh Anyway. I like the Aliners but the A/C unit is in a horrible spot jutting out on the side and next to the only door where you typically sit.
@DIYOutdoorLife3 ай бұрын
lol I agree that the spot is awkward, but at least the air conditioner works. With a lot of these tiny campers, we’re seeing an installation method the starves them of air and renders them useless… Nice to actually see one blowing cold air… lol

We have owned the 2023 Forest River Flagstaff T12RBST model since 03/3023. We did incur troubling shakedown issues that Paso Robles (California) Sky River RV resolved under warranty. No questions asked. Aces to them in that regard. This unit is a perfect amalgamation of the 4 other TT's we've owned over the past 20 years. It has the amenities we value while leaving out others that we do not need at this particular point in our lives, i.e., a stand alone restroom/shower space. It has an outdoor shower (if ever needed). It came with a porta-potty that we've yet to use because we just use the facilities of the State/National parks we frequent. The fact that it fits in our garage in a HOA restrictive subdivision was the absolute kicker. We tow it with 2 different rigs but just to let everyone know their tow vehicle options, the smallest vehicle is a 2020 Honda Passport Elite AWD with the added on OEM tow pkg & transmission cooler. Can easily tow 5K lbs. I designed this combo as a perfect sized fit for the two. It tows perfectly. Mountainous areas are not a hindrance. Our 2023 Forest River Flagstaff T12RBST is a campground discussion starter. Sometimes, too much so. We want to relax while others want to routinely stop by to ask about our unit. We always kindly oblige. My end point being, she's a looker that people want to know more about. We understand because that is why we bought it (when we could have bought any trailer we wanted within our total tow vehicle specs). Happy camping to all!
