Orang lain apresiasi nya bukan asal kerjaan nya apa ... Tapi cara dia main gitarnya. Very few people can emulate Alip fingerstyle. He makes easy style difficult yet super beautiful arrangement that many people can enjoy. To top it up, he did it a one take with no super fancy studio editing apps. You hear what is original. That is his trademark. Humble guy with humble home as you can see it. Work as full time forklift driver and we wonder if he can provide hrs of his time practising a song. To me, Alip has great memory to memorise every note of the original arrangement. The fact that you may find some new discrepancies from the original is to avoid copyright status. But honestly whatever flavor that he add makes the songs even more tastier. It is nice to have you on board sir. We Alipers love your reviews on Alip performance. Highly recommended...either Bohemian Rapshody or The last of the mohicans and Godfather theme songs for your next reaction. Greeting n God bless.

FYI sometimes he uses open tuning. You can get his tuning at the description of his videos, but it's in top to bottom string order.

It is very appropriate when a guitar teacher gives a reaction like this, it is very clear that Alip Ba Ta has special abilities that are different from most finger styles, his techniques are not necessarily found in music schools or elsewhere.

Alipbata comes from Indonesia. Alipbata deliberately made a cover of his fingerstyle, there is a slight difference from the melody being informed. Or you could say, he added a melody that he composed himself, because if he made the same melody on the platform, the video would be removed by KZbin because there was an element of copyright copying. And that has happened several times to the alipbata cover video which has been deleted on KZbin, the last alipbata cover video that was deleted on KZbin is the cover video of the alan Walker song, all of which are very similar to the original melody.

Love the way you broke his performance down to teach people. I can see where Serene got her way. Can please do a reaction to Alip's cover of Lingsir Wengi? Would like to know how to do in and out of tune like him there. No one explained it. Most reaction channel just do like "wooww... " or "aahhh..", or "that's complicated", but no one care to explain how he turn the tuning knob in and out and why he had to do it like that. Can it be done by sliding?

If you dont mind, please make a _collaborative reaction_ video with your daughter to *alip ba ta - toxicity* You do guitar breakdown while your daughter discuss about alip vocal. That must be amazing 🙏🙏🙏 Note 1: for more "technical" guitar breakdown, many reactor with guitar skill background recommend this cover [all by alip]: lingsir wengi, ding dong, bohemian rapshody, numb, hotel california, sweet child o mine, wonderfull tonight Note 2: some of those video deleted from alip channel, but still available on youtube (reypload by others). Just find "most clean" video before hit record button, some people put too much text overlay on reupload video

I know its an old song. But after listening to the alip's cover, I need to check the original. I guess his version is better than the original due to the vocal melodies. Also the minor chord adds the dark feel to the song.
