Nope, because as the past commenters said, you failed to prolong the trial long enough for Franziska to show up with the video to turn De Killer against Engarde, thusly resulting in Maya dying if you got a guilty verdict. Conversely, even if you do get to that point, you can push Phoenix to get Matt declared "not guilty" and not get a Game Over, just having Matt get assassinated by De Killer instead of rotting in jail.

Maya survives in that ending, but Phoenix never sees her again after that.

@@bigcreator2084 no, Maya only survives in two cases: if you put not guilty verdict too early (simple bad ending) or when turning the assassin against Engarde in true ending. Giving guilty verdict that early means that Maya is fated to die, before being rescued, so its a worst ending possible
