Hi Ali, the H1 scale on my UH-1 seems to be defective. I would like to replace it with an H1 heli. Can you possibly show how to configure this correctly for the UH-1? Thanks in advance!

I believe just follow the manual for H1 and it will be fine. there aren't many steps. I am planning to setup one of my RS4 or my big KDS550 with H1 AP and I may do a video once I set it up. but it will take a while

Oh thank you for the reply I see you said to try to stick it right well it's heavily epoxied in but I'll see what I can do with it and also it is not the one that showing the picture it's that newer style with l no plastic cover on top of it...

I would say try and fly it, if everything goes fine, no need to worry. normally a little angle does not matter to GPS units.

Just received mine today, I've noticed that the GPS unit that was glued into the fuselage is a little crooked, does that matter if it's on a little slant / leaning inside fuselage ??

I bought this helicopter after watching your videos; however, I need help. I crashed mine, and the tail rotor broke off; just like this model in the video, I have a three-bladed tail rotor that I cannot find for sale anywhere. I bought the two-bladed blade hoping it would work, and even after enlarging the hole to attach it to the tail motor, the blades would come in contact with the main rotors. So, I am at a loss. I have even contacted Helidirect but am still waiting for a reply. Do you know if anyone has a solution?

you can find any racing drone 3 blade propeller and use it on the motor.

I just got mine but it gave me a low battery alarm flashing yellow and green only had like 2 min in, and check battery and it was only 15.6 so it was still almost fully charge. Any help would be appreciate it

i am flying with 5000mAh battery remember. it seems other are shipping with 3000 or less mah batteries. what battery are you using? i never have any issues with low voltage

So mine crashed and the h1 was flashing low battery. Checked battery and it was 15.6 v. I put another fully charge battery and after a few min in flight it did it again crashed to the ground and check battery and still is 15 v. How can I resolve this brother I really need your help.

connect to assist program, and disable low voltage battery return. then add a low voltage beeper to your batteries and fly at low altitude like 1 or 2 feet and see if it will land or not. maybe you are hitting the motor disarm switch during the flight? because no matter if battery is low, it will not turn off the rotors to fall to ground. unless if battery really ran out of juice completely. during winter batteries need to be warmed before use.

I didn’t hit it it was returning to home and when it was landing all the sudden it started slowing down till bit the ground and blades were still rotating.

H1 was flashing green and yellow pull out battery and it read 15.2v. I could see the return to home light purple come on with out me having it switch to home.
