Hey! Thanks for asking, I don't think you can change the profile picture on individual addresses as it is not a gmail address and is just using gmail for forwarding the mails. But I still found something that can help: utechpia.com/how-to-add-an-email-profile-picture-to-any-domain-email-address/

Actually your email will be very like moved into spam folder because this function does not support Dkim signature which is commonly used for email provider to determine whether an email address is registered with a suspicious or legit account

Hey! You don't need a website for this to work. So once you buy the domain from godaddy, you have to change the nameservers on godaddy to connect it with cloudfare, you can follow this for it (artstorefrontssupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033747991-How-To-Change-Your-Nameservers-from-GoDaddy-to-Cloudflare). Once this is done, you then have to go to your website on cloudfare -> Emails -> And then follow this video to set it up. Make sure the first part of receiving mails is working before jumping to the next step of sending out mails.

Yes and getting business emails through this is FREE it's not even a freemium model where you pay for some extra services, this method is completely FREE As for the domain yes you need to pay for the domain but this video assumes that you have got your domain already this is just about business emails not free domains

On shopify they don't let you change nameserver I think. I would recommend you to transfer the domain over to some other provider like godaddy or google domains. After which you can change the nameservers. And for having your shopify website, you can put the www cname in your transferred domain's dns to point to shopify
