You might have changed something in the DNS settings that might've caused this. Check for www (CNAME) and @ (A) records if it is correctly pointed towards where you're website is hosted

Hey bro i follow your steps and complete the process, but when i am send emails from my custom email address to another gmail that is login in mobile its shows only custom email address not my name. These email addresses won't display a picture in Gmail when sending mail from them, unless they are tied to a service that specifically supports displaying a picture (e.g., if they’re linked to a service like Outlook with an associated profile picture)

Actually your email will be very like moved into spam folder because this function does not support Dkim signature which is commonly used for email provider to determine whether an email address is registered with a suspicious or legit account

On shopify they don't let you change nameserver I think. I would recommend you to transfer the domain over to some other provider like godaddy or google domains. After which you can change the nameservers. And for having your shopify website, you can put the www cname in your transferred domain's dns to point to shopify

Take consent from your subscribers and send them emails slowly, don't spam them right from the start. Apart from this there are a lot of freelancers that provide domain warming services on fiverr and upwork

Nameserver change is currently not possible as far as I can see. So cloudfare integration would not be possible. But let me know if you find a solution for it. I think it would be something to do with changing the MX Record in your DNS settings.
