I'm subbed now and notifications tapped! I live in Las Vegas and have multiple avenues of entertainment but I swear I am absolutely enamored with Forestella! Everything they do is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Please continue your journey into their world! They are, from left to right on the screen, classically trained basso profundo, Ko Woorim, then never trained but naturally gifted countertenor/soprano Kang Hyung-ho. Next is classically trained leggero tenor, Cho Mingyu. Finally there is baritone/tenor, musical theater actor Bae Doo-hoon. I HIGHLY recommend ANY AND ALL of their performances! Some of my favorites are Hijo de la Luna, Scarborough Fair, Nella Fantasia, Champions, Lazenca Save Us, Bad Romance, Shape of You, Time In A Bottle, Despacito and my EXTREME FAVE, Je Suis Malade. Forestella first sang their version of Bohemian Rhapsody in the KBS Immortal Songs which is a kind of remake competition music entertainment show. It made them known to the world, and later they put it in their 2nd album titled Mystique. They had concert tour under the title Mystique. This video was filmed at the Mystique encore concert, the last of the tour. I prefer their Immortal Songs video because we can see their acting in the performance better there. Here it's too dark to see it.. I recommend Forestella Queen's best songs compilation video on KBS Jeonju channel. There are 2 more Queen renditions in addition to the very first performed Bohemian Rhapsody by Forestella.

Thank you for your reaction! This is Forestella, a crossover group from Korea. They are the winner group in the Phantom Singer 2; an audition show to form a crossover quartet like il Divo from Korea. However, as they have their own unique style, they won't be Korean il Divo, they will be the Forestella of the world! Forestella has sung great covers like Bohemian Rhapsody, We are the Champions, Hijo de la Luna, Heal the World, the Sound of Silence, My Favorite Things, Champions (mash-up of Champs league theme and Champions by Jo SuMi), Nella Fantasia, Scarborough Fair..etc etc. At the Phantom Singer All Stars they sang Time in a bottle, Je suis Malade as well. Shape of You in English, Spanish and African Zulu is fantastic indeed. You can even see them dancing singing Smooth Criminal as well! If you are a LOL fan, check their Warriors and Legends Never Die! And they broke the record of their own with EXO's MAMA winning 6 trophies for King of Kings in a row in Immortal Songs. Check their magnificent performances of Bad Romance and Lazenca Save us, Unwritten Legend and Despacito too. Forestella is a quartet of Ko WooRim (a classical bass, intense abyss-deep low tone), Kang HyungHo (an ex-research chemist, rock vocalist with soprano head voice falsetto), Cho MinGyu (a classical leggiero tenor, light boyish crystal clear tone) and Bae DooHoon (a musical actor, 159th King of the Masked Singers, emotion convincer good at R&B, Pop). Each has distinct tone and style of singing, different charm. But all of them are famous as practice-freaks. They meet almost everyday to practice together. I loved your reaction so much! Because it's a lot like mine when I listened to them for the first time a little over a year ago (only in my case the song was Bad Romance). I also love that you love Bohemian Rhapsody so much and are still able to appreciate a good cover, because there are a lot of purists who love to nitpick and hate anything that isn't the original song. From left to right (and this will not mislead you because in their performances they are almost always in this same position) they are Ko Woorim (operatic bass, classically trained), Kang Hyungho (countertenor, he is the only member of the group who had no previous musical training), Cho Mingyu (leggiero tenor, classically trained) and Bae Doohoon (musical actor). I checked your playlist and saw your reaction to Je suis malade by Lara Fabian. Forestella sang the same song in JTBC Phantom Singer All Stars, so please react to their version. As JTBC is very strict copyright claimer, please filter the video like blurs on or transparent to avoid the copyright block. I saw many reaction videos got blocked so many times...but their rendition will be worth your effort of filtering. And recommendations for a metal head; Lazenca Save us, Sweet Dreams, Time in a bottle, Warriors, the Legends Never Die. If you don't know the original, hear the original first. It helps you to see Forestella's twist on it. And even some famous songs maybe you never liked - at least it happened to me - can be your new favorite songs, for example Shape of you, Despacito, etc. I think you would love Forestella's original songs like Save our lives and UTOPIA too.

Hello from France. Nice first reaction to the best boy band ever. Forestella are very versatile, but in the same genre I suggest their "Legends never die". That said, my favorite song remains “Scarborough Fair”. Forestella is a great group of singers that you should definitely explore further. They have, as far as I am concerned at least, done a lot of good performances. Since you love Bohemian Rhapsody (by Queen) so much, let me also point you to O'G3NE's Bohemian Rhapsody: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJWcq5eYgquGjLc. Their performance is even on Queen's own site! One of OG3NE's biggest fans in Australia is undoubtedly Julia Nilon. Maybe you will be next? If you decide to give OG3NE's version of Bohemian Rhapsody a listen, I recommend making that a ‘First time hearing’ too :-) After all, you don't have to put it out on your site (but at least you will have a First time hearing reaction)!
