🎉🎉 great job Jahmier, it's not about the ribbons, be proud of yourself for always doing your best at whatever you do because some people don't have the courage to try. Long distance running takes training and you have to learn to start slow and speed up during the race once you learn how to pace yourself 🎉🎉🎉🎉 again, congratulations!

Jahmier, don’t be sad honey! That was a very good run. It’s long distance running. You have energy, just need to work on your endurance. You didn’t come in last, and even if you did you still did a very good job. Keep it up. You got this. You’ll get better each time. Cross country is a pace thing. You have to pace yourself when running and when you get close to finishing that’s when you run faster and then sprint your way through the finish line. Can’t wait to see your next race.

He can wear green for pictures? I wonder if they use blue screen in Canada. They use green screen here in the US and so the kids are supposed to avoid wearing green. Side note, I can’t believe I used to spell Alissa’s name with a “y” and it took for the title of the video to have the spelling for me to notice the intro also had the spelling of her name. Mi must tiyaad.
