This is such a great message..one not meant so much for the one who doesn’t believe but rather for the ones like myself. “Mercy” 🤔 ‘To whom much is given much is required’ Jesus said in Luke 12:48. And I’ve been given soooo much mercy, yet I struggle to give it to others! So quick to criticize. And condemn. Not good. Sigh. Good stuff. Alister always delivers. Amen.

I love this brother's sermons/messages...he is my favorite to listen to, and if C. Hitchens would have heard this maybe he would have thought more on Jesus and put aside the awful things that were/are done in the name of Christ...I feel a lot toward him as Alistair did; Christopher (taht I heard very much) never railed and gave back the awful diatribes that he received. I hope so much in his last moments that God came to him...eternity will show, perhaps, many that God's grace worked in/on in their last moments.

Preach this message again and again, brother. There is a great confusion in the Church as to what Jesus stood for and what they think he stood for. Jesus and guns? They've founded much of their opposition to many laws and parties based on this. Sad beyond comprehension.

Sad to hear that Mr Hitchens received hate mail from purported Christians, particularly on his deathbed. Lovely sermon, but I must respectfully disagree with Pastor Begg - as a single woman who lives alone I don't think Lord Jesus has any problem with me having a firearm should the need arise for me to have to protect myself or my property.
