Bear if you want to run the show, organise the questions more structured, now the questions are all over the place. I think Luke asks the most interesting questions and I would have loved to hear more about how Overeem wrote all his workouts himself but if you don't have the patience to listen and ask more questions (Bear), you lose a lot of valuable information. Maybe you just want to make good shorts out of this show but you have the connections for all the legend fighters and it would be great if there would be more stuff about their techniques, what made them great, what did they do different from the. Less bs about all the drama

Alistair is an absolute legend and a joy to listen. He’s very engaged in conversations and asks follow up questions to continue the convo naturally. My main beef is how Bear just constantly interrupts, doesn’t let his guests complete their stories or their thoughts, and acts like they’re being pressed for time like they have to finish the podcast ASAP. It really kills the flow.

It was a pity the guest found himself interrupted so many times for the hosts to tell their stories instead. Overreem barely was able to squeeze in his projects or even life views for that matter. He was about to offer an analysis of Mc Gregor that got cut off...Perhaps just ask a question and wait until the guest has stopped speaking before interrupting. It has a feeling of a wasted interview. Is it really relevant to now who's strongest between ngannou and lesnar? It's a real pity.

Phenomenal podcast. Never seen this side of Overeem and Rockhold is a good dude with great insights. Always been a fan of Rampage because he's fun and interesting, but he's great on the mic and a lot deeper than what's been shown. I tuned in after his appearance on JRE. Thought this was gonna be some stories on all their fights, but it's so much more. The talk about fasting, cold water treatment, and holistic approaches to life is great to hear. Bear's chemistry with Rampage is awesome.. Bear was up 10-9 until Bear's comment about Rockhold's no underwear.. then Rampage hit a flash knockdown at the end of the round. Great stuff guys.
