This will be my next camera. I currently own FX9 a7sIII with a FX6 on the way. It might take me until 2025 to get it but I will acquire this.

You'll get it. Stay after it. As time passes, the price will come down also. Don't forget a backpack mount for the body and then use the sensor and lens in hand: it works great.

I'd take the ARRI LF over this camera any day.

Gabriel Gorospe for one, color science; while the Sony produces a remarkable image, I find that the final results still scream video to me. The ARRI LF footage put out there is not only cleaner looking (sharper), but also have a quality balance in color. Finally, the Venice will sell for half the price in 3-5 years, while the LF resale will hold-up.

You're wrong about the color science. Venice can hold it's own with any top tier camera. Venice also can see deeper into the shadows than Arri.

I would take 100k over 50k, any day.

And all based on a youtube video. I am impressed. Can I hire you for my future shoots? Saves camera testing time and renting a coloring suite to see the shots on a proper big projected screen.
