Okay, I rewatched the video a few times and looked up the band and song, trying to understand. I think I might have some clue on what's going on. One thing the band who sang this song (The Lighthouse and the Whaler) was go around the country, making songs and trying to find new members to join them. I feel like that band was the two people on the train. In the beginning, the girl says she wants to feel alive to her friend and her friend feels a bit sad about it cause that means she's leaving them but she smiles anyway and waves goodbye (I dunno if the blonde is a girl or guy and I don't wanna assume). In the room, the girl was working and you know how school, work, studies can be a bit restricting. She wants to be alive so she decides she'll finally try to feel alive and packs her stuff and meets the train duo. Her friend saw her and was about to stop her (hand reaching out to her) but goes against it since she wants to feel alive. She instead walks away. As for the flashes of people, I have no idea but it looks a bit sad to me. I'm gonna say the flashes of people are some that want to feel alive too. Or were with the train duo but went their separate ways. It's my guess on the story in the video. Other than that, I love the characters, I love the art, I love the music. Thanks szin!

I get it now!!! (Sorta) im guessing a few days after ep. 1, Maya started to hang out more and more w/Avery n Isa, but less w/Anya, and she feels left out. A few weeks later, they need to go somewhere far (maybe looking for the other hybrids but idk). Maya prob just used an excuse so she can leave, and Anya felt even more left out by Maya, and wanted to say something about it, but was like 'nevermind'

Have you ever read the book The Lovely Bones? It actually defies the rules of that theory. It explains that if you do get to heaven, you should be able to watch your loved ones while they continue life without you, and when you are ready, you should move on and give up on Earth.

Margaret Ching In the book the main character watches over her loved ones as they continue life without her, so to give up on Earth would be to live in peace and no longer watch over them. It's really sad but satisfying in a way because it shows it's good to care and love but you're allowed to be selfish and move on.
