Very true. I did this with my ex. He changed and i changed but if you constantly have to hide your emotions, start to look for the exit sign. Prepare to leave because constantly hiding your emotions will erase yourself in the long run. This is just a temporary solution because with the right person you dont need to hide your emotions. Being truly yourself is essential in a relationship.

My ex used to do that and I always thought I'm too loud and obnoxious in the morning and then I finally met my husband who is not at all like that in the morning and I realized oh it actually wasn't me. Thank you for making this kind of video it definitely helps confirm things ❤

Do all value INATE DIGNITY? Be clear on what is your responsibility and what is anothers responsibility, own your responsibility - leave the others responsibility with them and set your expectations of them based on their ability to be self responsible... And move to emotionally safe environments were you DO NOT need to mute your emotions to be safe 😎
