All starting producers should see this to think about perfectionism in producing the other way. The way he records and processes his own sounds is just the way you could do it. No perfect environment or masterplan behind it, just creativity and a lot of experience how to do it. Great vid man!

loool, "he's producing pretty much making on his own.. here's one of my basses.." which is a standard bass sound from the ti library. it can be found easily on the first 10 bass results in the library! theres nothing wrong with using factory presets, but telling the peeps that he made them is just stupid! just because the videos are a few years old doesn't mean they're irrelevant. a DAW is still a DAW, a synth is still a synth, effects are still effects etc. Most people don't even use the current version of Logic but they're still happy to watch the new videos. just because you're using something different doesn't mean you can't learn something new from it.
