Odesa under attack: Russian missile hits educational institution

Ukraine says the death toll from a Russian strike on the Black Sea port city of Odesa has risen to five.
A four-year-old girl is among the 32 injured in the missile attack -- which targeted a private law school on Monday.
The governor declared Tuesday a day of mourning.
