The biggest criminal is the US state, ruled from the White house. It's the US government that should be arrested and put in jail. The evidence is all in the open...and the whole world can see it. Israel is small corrupt state, that will collapse without western support and money. Israel doesn't produce enough to feed itself, yet it wages war on the whole Arab world. These wars are directed from Washington. The ICJ should issue warrants for the Israeli and US leaders... not the ICC, which is a western set up court in Rome... now in the Hague, to persue western interests. Just look at the circus with the Russian warrants...issued without any proper evidence. But now, the ICC wants evidence against the Israeli leaders...and no evidence required against the Palestinian leaders, treated in the same underhanded way, as the Russian Federation leaders. For such reasons, the ICC isn't recognised by many important countries... whereas the ICJ IS recognised widely. Justice is the aim .. not the political games, that western law supports. So ICC is irrelevant, as a western instrument, and not a proper court of proper law, where the main goal is reaching Justice.
