India locked in diplomatic row with Italy

India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is demanding that Italy send two marines back to his country to face trial.
They are accused of killing two Indian fishermen in February last year.
The marines WERE being held in India but were allowed to return to Italy to vote in the election two weeks ago.
