Kerala fishermen case: 'let Italy pay compensation'

The Supreme Court of India has chosen to refrain from passing the judgments in the case of Italian marines who shot two fishermen in Kerala in 2012. The Supreme Court’s decision has come as the Centre requested the apex court to withdraw cases following a judgment by the UN tribunal.
