A corruption free society is more expensive to run. Just imagine how prisoners Uganda would have by now. We shall get there step by step.

Who said the only option is prison? The punishment for corruption should be the one which burdens the corrupt official not the taxpayer

Arashid osman noorteeri you're the stupid one. Do u think he will just walk up to high officials and they agree to be corrupt, he made a right move, and all those people he asked said the right thing.
