My myself is eating daily turmeric+Neem leaf +kali mirch. For swelling and blood thinner purpose. Fruits and raw 🥦🥕🌽vegetables to continue to bowel movement. Intermediate fast one food to another food gap two to three hours gap and water 💦intake two to three litre per day to control pancreas juice as myself anaemic and faced Thyeacardic attack when bile juice less sereated.
