Maine Mumbai ke ek bade famous doctor se famous hospital me fistula/bhagandar/nasur ka operation karaya hai 28 dec 2021 ko. Aj 09 Jan 2022 hai lekin koi sudhar nahi hai. Laterin bhi jakhm me leak ho jati hai. Mera mashvira hai ki fistula ki open surgery nahi karani chahiye.

Both are create confusions because they both cause similar symptoms you try to self-diagnose their conditions. Both cause painful bowel movements, can cause itching and burning, and may cause bright red blood in the stool or on toilet paper. Bleeding occurs during bowel movement in piles, whereas after bowel movement in fissure.

On the basis of location:- Arterivenous fistula Symptoms include red, swollen skin and purplish blood vessels and bulging veins that can be seen through the skin. Anal fistula Symptoms include pain, swelling and discharge of blood or pus from the anus. Obstetric fistula Depending on the size and location of the fistula, there may be foul-smelling vaginal discharge or passage of stool from the vagina.
