I tried going back to having gratitude and looking at the situation as a learning tool to be more patient etc., Sometimes I think it's better to stay in on the first day especially so you don't get upset by outside influences. 1. By definition there can be only one 'all-inclusive' or Absolute Being (Life), in which all relative beings live, move and have their Being. We are all It (Life) to an unknowable/inexhaustible extent, as the facets of a Diamond are 'both' distinct from each other 'and' the Diamond itself. Love is the recognition of our shared Being. 2. The Word of Truth (Logos) is ever faithful (Loyal, true, isomorphic) to Reality/Life (That which is/That I am). We live in a word built Uni-verse (unified verses = narrative). Words are the smallest atomic unit of narratives. Our world to view mirrors our worldview. Our worldview is a narrative. To change the narrative, change perspective. Every choice we make generates a corresponding timeline of experience. Is the resulting narrative a limit or a creative guideline? No wrong answer - only another choice. Ultimately, the most significant choice we can make at any moment of the day, is between unconscious compulsive reaction and conscious creative response. 3. The abstract (Heaven) called Love by the Psyche (Firmament) can be expressed concretely (Earth) as a smile, hug, etc, thereby uniting Heaven on Earth. To actualize potential: Dream it, Feel it, Do it. 4. Conscious Mind plants the seed. The Subconscious Mind employs instinctive Life Force Energy to bring the seed to fruition as experience. Whatever the living fire of conscious attention dwells on today, we dwell in tomorrow. Energy follows attention. Attention follows intention. Intention patterns energy. Patterned energy generates function. Function establishes frequency. When experience contains awareness there is chaos, bondage, reaction. When awareness contains experience there is order, Sovereignty, response. 5. Being For (positive)/not For (neutral) is inherently sustainable. Being against (negative) is inherently unsustainable. Negative is a mere inversion of being For, as in being 'for' bad things happening 'to' others. 6. Abracadabra = As I speak So I create. 7. To give is to have because only one who has can give. Even the widow's mite is enough to become one of the have's. "To one that has shall more be given..." 8. The awake are called to 'bear' the cross of 'bearing' witness to the Word of Truth (Logos). As the eye is a lamp unto the body, so is perspective to the Mind. Therefore, if your eye (perspective on Life) be single (all-inclusive), then your whole Being will be full of Life, and the Light of Wisdom and Understanding. The Light of Wisdom and Understanding dispels the darkness of ignorance and folly. 9. Dream your experience. Experience your dream. A = Will U = Heart M = Mind Integration = Integrity = Soul When the Heart aspires, the Mind inquires and the Will conspires (combines). 10. See William Donahue video: #82 - Seven Chakras and Om. 11. Self-observation exposes negative relative patterns. Self-remembering (being aware of being aware) collapses them. "When I do good I feel good. When I do bad I feel bad. That is my religion." - Abraham Lincoln - 12. "Victory always goes to the most persevering." - Napoleon Bonaparte - Patience + Persistence = Perseverance Love without Wisdom is blind. Wisdom without Love is lame.

I have had a kundalini awakening.. it's been now almost 10 yrs. My body had been trying to purge the past trauma. There is this spiral right in the middle of my crown. I can feel it's a spiral stick rotating right in the middle of my body and spirals right from the middle of my crown and solar plexus'. It's very hard to workout., and the spiraling is intense. Can you please shed a light on this??This is very intense in the middle of the night around 3am..and early morning when I wake up. Something keeps on circling in my head and neck and diaphragm.
