Struthiomimus was actually my first pick for a beginner in the herbivore category. I do agree that it is rather useless in many regards, but it is very beginner friendly. Between it's speed, it's stamina, and survivability, it allowed me to learn how to play the game with minimal risk. It's terrible in combat, it's not meant to fight. But it can get out of trouble easier than anything else. It's the best dino for newbies and solo players, in my opinion (at least for the herbivores).

Alioramus is simiar among carnivores. It can pretty much outrun any serious threat but it's also not as laughable in combat as Deino or Lateno, and makes for a great support team member.

One downside to Struthi is that it takes a few seconds to get to a full speed sprint from a standstill. Campto, on the other hand, can go from 0-100 almost instantly, and deinony/laten have tail fan to jumpstart their sprint. So if you get ambushed as a Struth, or something charges at you, you might not be able to get out of the way in time.

The amargasaurus should be as terrifying as a Eotriceratops. Sauropods were big and slow for a reason.

It would’ve been better if Path of Titans chose a bigger Sauropod as a playable, that way it’s slowness would make sense for the type of animal it is, and it would be more powerful than the rest of the games roster. The same reason why I think Magyarosaurus in the Isle Evrima might just suffer the same fate as Amargasaurus in Path of Titans, I feel like if you’re going to make a Sauropod playable, it’s better in the long run to make it a large Sauropod, that way they’re more viable for what they are, and more worth your while playing as, like a large Diplodocid like Brontosaurus or Diplodocus, or a large Macronarian like Brachiosaurus, Alamosaurus or Argentinosaurus as examples. If I were to make my own dinosaur survival game, I would personally choose Alamosaurus as my playable Sauropod, not only is it a large Sauropod, but it’s also my favorite Sauropod. (I have a favorite for each respective dinosaur group, even really specific groups, so Alamosaurus is my favorite Titanosaurid then.)

I say boost it's weight to 5000(it is currently 4650), and then give him a very small bleed on his tail whip, finally, buff his stomp to match sarco charge bite damage.

Struthi can be devastating solo or in a flock as their calls are very loud and can be super annoying when they run around you screaming at you and there is nothing you can do because you can't catch them, you either rage quit or turn off sounds....and then you get ganked by something cause you did not hear it coming.

Kentro definitely deserves a higher place. If your good at using a kentro, you can fight off a TRex. They’re pretty fast, they have good stamina, pretty good health and and defense, and their abilities are top tier. Just the basic tail attack is great, but added with the charge up and the “death rattle” ability? Basically nothing can hurt you, especially if you’re in a group. One of my favorite Dino’s in the game

Campto is the best dino. His friendly call is loud af and him being small let's him sneak up on afk people and then do that loud ass call and scare people. He also turns on a dime and can run forever so you can fuck with people all day and they'll never kill you unless you fuck up. Campto can't really fight anything other than juvies or raptors, but you don't play campto to fight, you play him to fuck with people.

I would recommend trying ano, by far the best Dino in the game as it can “hunker down” (by staying crouched for 5 seconds) reducing 95% of incoming damage at no cost of stam (also reducing bleed and venom effects since it’s crouching). It’s OP imo and can take on multiple apexes at a time without difficulty.

As an Armargasaurus player I've tanked so many high teir carnivores in path of titans. You just gotta use the armarga the way it should be used. I've killed Rex after Rex Spino after Spino cause I go for the bleed build im able to stack the bleed and do much more dmg than anyone could ever imagine so don't underestimate the armarga ppl it's a scary herbivore when used correctly

Lambeo should have been placed much higher in my opinion. Lamb, as a runner alone, is insanely good. As a speed type, it hits over 1000speed which is that sweet spot you want. Plus, it has some of the highest stam recovery for its size to back that speed up further. Now, it has a poor range of offenseive ability, but its tail alone is enough. It has 4500 weight and an EXTREMELY spammable tail that does 40 damage. So, its tail has a relatively high dps due to how fast it swings it plus the 40 damage at base. As long as a Lamb focuses on using its tail as its primary weapon, it can wreck every dino that has the speed/stam to catch it. (You also take less damage in return since using tail means they will likely hit your tail, dealing less damage. Whereas you would be doing even more since you would be hitting the head of an aggressor.) Just to add one more thing, the heal call on Lamb is nothing to be laughed at even after the nerfs. 11x regen for 25 seconds is the equal of healing for over 3 minutes standing in just 25 seconds.

I think anodonto is the best herb. It can solo multiple rexes, and still live to tell the tale, if you use the crouch ability it becomes practically invincible. And pair that up with a lamb for invincibility

Struth is my favorite so far. Fastest dino in the game. No carno will ever catch you and even if they could, you can jump off any cliff to escape and take no damage 90% of the time. High survivability and fast questing

I think many will benefit from combat updates. Specifically Iggy, Campto and Struthi as most other herbivores have a decent roster of abilities now. At least more than a bite and tail attack. Iggy just seems like it needs one more ability to put it back in line with the rest. I love Kent though. As long as you don't get bone broke that thing can run for miles and you can stack bleed pretty quick. Amarga is my favorite dino but I think it needs a health buff, it pretty much melts under carnivores. It either needs bleed buff, base damage buff or health buff. Maybe both a health and minor damage buff.

The Iggys Stam is crap but it's regen is good. Plus if you know how to use him properly you can slap some dinos with the stabbing bleed effect. Iggy is one of my favorites

Love them videos keep them coming. Gotta tip for leveling Dino's fast (use it before devs change it). Go to tiny pond (not gonna name it here) east of SLL, if you got to home cave you missed it. Drink water and restore water quest will appear. Bring salt X2 plus eat one to drain thirst faster (forager or scavenger perk also helps). Rinse and repeat, if done right you can get 30 seconds of growth every 2 minutes + 200 gold. You welcome. Ps don't kill juveniles there let it remain a safe space. PS both berries and burrow at location. You welcome fellow Dino's.

It is. The thirst quest isn't. But replenish water in pond works. You need thirst so you can drink that water and empty the pond more often

Also I was leveling my bars there today. Stop drinking as soon as quest appears (and red drop beacon shows up). Make sure you always have salt debuff on. For me it works like that: I drink till water quality drops below 45%- quest appears I bring one salt rock run to get another rock I pick one salt rock and swallow. Pick another salt rock deliver to the drop zone. Quest completed .run to grab another rock (sleep in the meantime) return to pond drink quest appears.

With the bars you can kill every dino unlike trike because i know that when i play rex it's easy to kill a trike but with bars it's more then easy because you can kill 2 rex with bars if it's well played without get bone breaking

I don’t agree with amarga placement on this list tbh My reason for thinking this is because I regularly fight allos and dasps with my amarga and more than often come out on top unless there’s like 3 or more allos. Dasps I can take even with a 4 group they just too squishy and I have a good strat for them. Amarga a bleed is actually pretty scary if you hit primarily body shots, it can bleed out a allo in what 7 hits or so, Altho I do admit when amarga is encountered with a large class apex like rex or sucho it does run into some issues but with the sucho in a 1v1 I’d say it’s a 60/40 because they’re stats are very even they both have the same health and nearly the same combat weight. Only difference being damage sucho doing alittle more on it’s bite attacks but with amarga a extra bleed ability which is reflecting bleed on head or neck shots that should even it out just by alittle bit, so I think thanks to those facts it’s isn’t a complete loss cause for the amarga against one sucho bit multiple I don’t think it’s stands a chance in hell if they know what they doing but since amarga can sprint for a long time and has a decent stamina regen I believe if they start running early they can survive. Now for rex it is almost a complete loss cause if the amarga bid caught off guard however I have seen videos of amargas killing rexes altho those rexes were absolute trash so I guess that’s not saying anything but what I can say on the other hand is surviving rexes is actually pretty easy u just need to start running early and try to dodge every bone break attack you can in hopes that u drain it’s stam to 0 eventually lol

I think the Kentro should be higher too, I can easily take out a styra, with enough time I have soloed a bars even just due to the amount of stam, speed and maneuverability, you can dodge so many attacks and run circles around every apex, plus the damage reflect with bleed is pretty nice if you do get hit.

Albert def better than styr. It has more stam more hp and it has shorter cooldowns on its charge and its charge doesnt cost alot of stam so you can use it to escape or engage or chase. But Styr has more speed and more damage so i guess at the end of the day i guess it depends on which benefits you prefer for your play style. I just think i would rank albert higher cause he is a much safer pick Albert is also more quiet when he rests

I genuinely prefer the Albert more than the Styra. I like it’s move set better along with its damage, Stam, and health. It can run from most things that can kill it and in my experiences the Albert is a 1v1 warrior and good for solo. It can hold its own against mostly anything unless it’s a bigger pack

Bro i have an anky currently in one of the community server and iv never seen anything remotely more broken than it in any game what so ever. I had the ability to defend myself against 2 full grown rexes, resulting in killing one of them and still having more than half life to my availability. The thing is a massive tank capable of reciving incredible amount of punishment, insane.

The duck, even though i think its solid, is kinda overrated. Near the water, sarcos and spinos can team up and tear you up badly since tail attack is garbage, you cant defend from all angles, only the front. Cant retreat to the water because spinos and sarcos can swim, they also fight better in the water. When fighting on land, same thing, if you get surrounded, and retreat to the water in a place like CC or SLL, somethings gunna finish you off. However, 1v1 or 1v2 the duck than slap the shit outa most dinos

I'll fight u on the amarg, it really depends on how you play and how you build the creature. I have an attack amarg with Def hide, and I've easily fought off Rex's, Spino's and Allo packs no issues. The only creature that I've ever had with the amarg is the Sarco, and even then if I headbutt, stomp, headbutt, and stomp combo/spam the bleed takes care of it for me. On top of whenever I get bit it actually causes the predator to cause bleed to itself for 2.3 seconds. And with the health only being at 700 if I need to run. Tail attacks keep them off my butt. I will say the amarg turn is absolutely garbage and the speed is bleh. But play it on official, I promise it won't disappoint. Disclaimer, on official servers if you play an amarg and try and grow solo. Everyone will most likely KOS. Obviously there's a reason for that don't you think 👀👀👀. it's crazy you ranked eo first for herbivores but you rated mega so low on the carnivore list. I've killed a handful of eos with 2-3 megas, AND also bars. 💀 Once bars has no stamina, it's easy game for mega.

i guess its because i have yet to meet a meg that actually came close to killing me lol but i did start to play meg more after i made this video and i do think he deserves a higher spot for sure. i will be making a tier list video soon for all dinos. Would you say the meg is mid or high tier?

@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT it's difficult since in like a pack of 3 they can actually take down a spino (water or not) if they are coordinated enough. They don't have a ton of health but on land their tail smacks usually miss the mega unless they are crouched. 😂 My friends and I have killed a handful of spinos before they realized they had to crouch - which is harder but it's still definitely doable since mega heals quite fast. I'd rank him right between mid to high since he isn't SUPER BEEFY cause he definitely can die alone if not careful with what he is up against, but 2 or more are a definite threat to apexes.

@@mrchomperz the Megas main reason for being so good is his high recovery, small hit box, and speed. Not many people are smart enough to crouch and tail swipe em or crouch bite them so they die a lot. I shit on every Meg I see now only because I’ve played it so much myself lol.
