Agility doesn’t increase speed for him, it makes things seem like they are slower so he can react to the attack more quickly. Strength increases all of his physical abilities, including speed

Completely false. Jinwoo literally says himself that agility increases his speed. He literally says in the start of the series that he is putting too much in strength and that he needs to distribute some points to agility because having too much strength is useless if you can't hit your target. The perception Stat is what helps him react to attacks better, not the agility Stat.

I could be wrong here but I think there is a correction for how you described his stats. Strength refers to the force outputs of his muscles which includes how fast he can move, how hard he can grip or how hard he can strike. Whilst agility is more of a reaction time thing. When jinwoo was trying to test out what his stats did he said that when he increases agility it felt like the monsters were slower, not that he could move faster.

Bruh jin woo literally says in the start of the series after his glow up when he goes back home and I'm paraphrasing here, " I need to stop putting too much points into strength because having too much strength is useless if I can't hit my target" and then proceeds to put his remaining points into agility😑. Look up the term agility G. Literally has nothing to do with reaction time. It is movement. The Stat that increases his reaction speed is his perception Stat.

you kinda worded it wrong, it increases his flexibility and reflexes, this is also an indirect buff to his speed since all 3 physical attributes are related to each other. strength boosts overall power and physical strength

Also that's not the definition of a 2nd job. That's an advanced job. Thief Ninja Assassin, Black Mage Arcanist, Knight Paladin. All examples of Advanced jobs. A 2nd job is one you'd simulatenously hold with another. If its something like Bravely Default it would be another entire different class or in D&D's case a multiclass. There are also games where a 2nd job is a support job usually utilitarian like Merchant, Chef, Engineer, Scholar or again in D&D's case - a background

I know it's been a month, but let me tell you something about items in games, which is basically what the items are and the way the system works. Items in games like MMO's and RPG's usually have passive boosts, armour would provide mostly defence and hp buffs where gloves which increase attack and attack speed and boots would increase movement speed. Helms are kinda all buffs depending on the item, but anyway. That 50% doesn't mean he is actually going to take half of the same, yes 50% is half in the real world, but the game world it's more further than that, depending on your hp it won't actaully be 50% less physical, yes you would take alot less damage and the blow wouldn't be as strong if you didn't have it on, but depending on your defence and hp it the buff changes constantly, still 50% but the amount still changes.
